The return policy for the phone applies to all purchases made from Mi retail stores either online.
To return a product directly, you have to complete the request through a return form.
If you change your opinion after buying something or discover that you selected the wrong item, you can rest easy knowing that they have a 7-day exchange policy (excludes special order items). If there isn’t a suitable product to replace your returned item, you’ll be given credit on your account or a gift card for the amount you paid at the time of purchase.
Please keep in mind that things purchased from a credit card cannot be redeemed for a gift card. To return a mobile phone, it must be sealed / unopened, in its original packing, and we must be contacted within seven days after purchase/delivery.

Cancellation Procedures

If you purchased with a prepayment method, you will receive a refund for the entire price of your order (credit card, or net banking). All returns of this sort must be done within 14 days of purchase/delivery, and if you purchased online, we can arrange for the collection of your merchandise by courier.

If your product is defective or no longer functions as intended and you are still within the warranty term mentioned when you purchased it, Mi will repair or replace it, or offer a credit or refund if a suitable replacement is not available. Return Fee
Mi may (at our discretion) agree to accept returns of defective products in certain circumstances. When a product is sold to retail buyers. In a few cases, you will be charged a fee of at least 20% of the value of the item. No shipping, maintenance, or assembly costs will be refunded.
What If I Need a Replacement?
Please contact your customer service representative by calling the helpline number.
